About Me

Josh L.: Fitness should be desired rather than demanded. I have always been an active person. I have been playing sports and doing activities all my life. I have always loved fitness and just being active that is why i am a Physical Educator at heart. I want to share that passion with the youth of today and inspire kids to try new things and be active. I want them to live long and full lives and i believe i have the tools to do so. I did not have very many sports i could play in my HS, we had no money in the athletic department. A low budget is not an excuse that can be used to justify a poor unoriginal classical Phys. Ed. program that just plays the main team sports and little else. I believe that quality Physical Education does not rely on a budget but rather the teacher. A variety and fun approach needs to be incorporated in any program and i believe that is what will make PE appreciated again in this nation.
